Shipping Procedures

We use UPS and the U.S. Postal service to ensure our product arrives in excellent condition. To avoid it sitting over a weekend or holiday, we ship on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Overnight and 2nd Day Delivery Option

We understand you may be in a hurry to get your order, so we offer overnight and 2nd day delivery as an option. Due to the high level of fluctuation in shipping, please call our store (765-642-7247) to receive an accurate shipping cost for this option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Be aware that overnight and second day delivery has specific cutoff times that vary between carriers, destinations, and dates. To be sure that your package will get to the carrier on time for your selected delivery service, be sure to call us well in advance!

Delivery Guarantee

You have the option to select an arrival date. We suggest ordering as early as possible to allow us and the delivery service the opportunity to get your package to the recipient on time. We are unable to guarantee a particular delivery date unless special arrangements are made well in advance. Please note, all delivery times are estimates and we cannot be responsible for delays due to weather, delivery carrier factors, customer error, holiday-related delays, delivery point unavailability, or any other unforeseen factors.

We are always happy to work with you in getting your package to the recipient as timely as possible. However, this is not a promise or guarantee of delivery time. Once we get your package to the delivery service, we no longer have control over the package or transit times and you would need to contact the carrier directly for information and/or resolution. Therefore, we always recommend that you get your order in as early as possible to get your package to it’s destination on time.

Address Accuracy

To insure proper and timely delivery of your product, please be certain of the address. If you are unsure of the proper address, check the official address via the USPS Address and ZIP Lookup. Shipments that are improperly or incompletely addressed will incur a $15.00 extra charge for each address.

Cold Pack Option

For warmer climates we offer cold packing. We insulate the box and place a frozen block inside, which keeps the product cool for 2 to 3 days. Please note we cannot guarantee the condition of your chocolates upon arrival if you choose not to use the cold pack. Add $4.50 to each address for cold packing.

Alaska or Hawaii, add $15.00.
Orders must be received by 11:00 A.M. EST for next day delivery.

We cannot ship when temperatures surpass 90 degrees. Feel free to order and we will ship when the weather is suitable.
